1) Collect and verify manufacturer (capability & reliability). Supply factory audit report for customer.
2) Negotiation price with supplier if you need.
3) Manage suppliers and push suppliers for delivery time on time
4) Follow up and control the process of the production
5) Check sample.
6) During-production and Pre-shipment inspection for quality control. Supply inspection report
7) Arrange shipment. (also prepare necessary paper work for customs purpose)
8) Deal with complaint from customers.
If customer come to China, we can arrange booking hotel and pick up at the airport. Also we can prepare Invitation Letter for cutomer come to China for business.
